I'm going to go with Garrett.
Pistol grip on a can = Legal
Pistol grip on a can attached to a pistol = illegal (you now have a pistol with a forward vertical grip)
I still say write the ATF. I'd love to see this as a work-around.

Re: Full Size Cans on Micro Pistols
No baffle strikes or anything like that though... which is what I am more concerned about. So, I'm thinking I'd be good to go on a Sig P238. It'll look funny, but it'll shoot ok.

Full Size Cans on Micro Pistols
I want to have it so that all my weapons, including carry pieces, can be silenced. To this end, I've finally settled on getting myself a P238 (as my kel-tec p32 must remain hopelessly unsilenced). Obviously, the best option to silence a micro pistol is a micro can (ie, Poseidon or NANO). I fully int...

Re: Diamondback .380?
That barrel may be able to be extended and threaded. The biggest question: is there anyone out there who has tried and successfully threaded a p-32 barrel? I was thinking along the same lines. I didn't see why it wouldn't be possible. The Diamondback barrel is not that much thicker. I also want to ...

Re: Diamondback .380?
I have to ask now. If all these pocket guns can have their barrels threaded, why not a Kel-Tec P32? The barrels of the polymer guns are roughly the same thickness, no?

Re: Kahr p380 and a can
I already have a Kel-Tec P32, which is my EDC, but I know that its barrel is too thin to be threaded. I was aware the Sig could be threaded, but I didn't want to have to monkey with a hammer and safety on my pocket pistol... What about a fixed barrel like the Seecamp? Could it be welded and extended?

Kahr p380 and a can
I'm looking for a pocket pistol that can be silenced. I know the PM9 can have the barrel extended and threaded. How about the P380?

Poseidon Questions
The Thompson Machine Poseidon has me really intrigued. I've been watching demos of it shoot and it seems like a pretty cool silencer. I already have an AAC Pilot, so I'm not new the silencer game. I understand the Poseidon uses wipes. I know wipes "wear out" after a mag or two an that the ...

I had one (that I traded for a buckmark). I never had a problem with my P22. I just wanted something a little more accurate. The P22 served as a host for my AAC pilot. The gun ate everything I fed it. What I liked best about it was that I could load the mag full of .22 short rounds I can't do that w...

Concerning the mags... I just bought an RRA 9mm carbine with the (I thought it was Hahn, now I'm assuming it is the) RRA adjustable mag block. It came with C-products mags. Two fit fine, one is loose and generally sucks. I tightened the mag catch and that helped a little. In general though, I'm thin...

Browning Tac Solutions Barrel 4" or 5"?
I'm going to buy a Tactical Solutions threaded barrel for my Buck Mark in a week or two. My question is this: should I get a 4" or 5" barrel? Will regular power loads stay subsonic out of a 5" barrel? Is the 5" much more accurate than the 4" barrel? I don't shoot in competit...

Walther P22 5" barrel w/ suppressor
Hello, my first post here. I recently purchased an AAC Pilot (still waiting on the LEO sign-off). I intend to attach it to my Walther p22. My question is this. I have the 5" target version. I've never seen the target version with a suppressor on it. Why? The barrel is threaded. I realize that i...
