yea the XL spacer is the least crappy way to do this, probably just go that route.

I have a Rossi 38/257 carbine, and first off, the factory sights are terribly off. I was shooting waaay high and had to get a new front sight post, but left and right was never off.

My dealer is willing to sell me 2(Both with factory 10 round mag) at $230 + tax each. I haven't jumped on it yet, I think I may wait to pick one up used or wait till the threaded barrel comes factory installed on a model so I can minimize cost on a gun that will rarely get use. Really hate that char...

Alright I'm going to build up my 22lr SBR upper. I want a 4.5" barrel. When looking at barrels the shortest(and cheapest) is the 6.5" barrel. Is there any need for me to get a longer barrel to have it cut down? Also SS bolt really needed or not, my standard 22lr CMMG bolt has run just fine...
