Re: How much do you really like your M11/9?

I like / luv my $3500 POS. It is fun and cheap to blast away with. But it is pretty useless for serious shooting, unless your close. You can pimp it up as well for about $1500 extra. They sold for $200 back in the day, look at them now...good investment. Try a FN 223 for double their price. I feel y...

Can the schedule A be a simple inventory sheet of the trusts assets that is signed by the trustee? Or must it be a special form?

Seems to me, a well regulated Militia needs assault weapons

Seems to me, a well regulated Militia needs assault weapons and not muzzle loaders. Even if there is a killing per week unfortunately it just goes with the territory. Freedoms always involve side effects that are not desirable. Alcohol drugs, cars, planes, whatever - their is death involved - it jus...

Do you lose the front sight when getting a barrel threaded?

Got a SS Savage 22. About 5/8 inch of barrel ahead of front sight. Is that enough to get threaded? Or do I have to lose the front sight?

BATFE ever bother you?

Was talking with a Cl 3 dealer that said the BATFE audited him for weeks. Do they just bother dealers? Or do they ever go to the collectors / investors to check up on them?

Just an update...

Shot both can some. Bot are pretty close in sound now. Why did the Sparrow need some break-in to become more quiet?

I just put it on lightly and it is stuck like hell. Will hit Lowes today and look for some padded tools rto take it off. Other than this problem, I love it.

Thanks for the tips. Yes, rise is an issue. I've been holding it up front with a sleeve on the Bower can. But it still climbs a lot.

Do you think this is a defect of the Element? It is pretty irritating. Or is it a common happening with other brands of cans too?

How do you shoot full auto...and hit something?

Shot the little Mac 9mm yesterday. Lots of fun, but had a hard time putting any holes in a giant shoot NC target.

Any suggestions on how to shoot full auto more accurately?

Thanks

AAC Element 1 problems

Love the little AAC Element 1 can. But it came apart when I tried to take it off of the host. And the end of the can is stuck on the gun.
Any suggestions on how to take it off in 1 piece?
Also what should i use to take the end off that is stuck on the gun without marring it?

Thanks

Re: Silencerco 22 Sparrow vs AAC 22 Element

Why would one work better on a rife? I need to thread the barrel of my Savage so have not tried it on it yet. But interesting that some cans may do better on long guns and others on pistols.

Silencerco 22 Sparrow vs AAC 22 Element

Got to get to work, so not much time to do tests. Just got cans on Tuesday. Went out in the backyard and shot a few into the ground. But from some half ass testing, it looks like the Element is about half as loud as the Sparrow. Sparrow is at the max I would accept for a can. Element is very accepta...
