To help pay for the bandwidth and site hosting, there are Google ads posted at the top and bottom of the threads. Part of that ad agreement is to not sell firearms. If you are running an ad blocker, you may not even see the ads at all. Google ads!!!....for the longest time mine were all "Recal...

So the OP made some noise and woke Mr "Game Changer" up and he had one of his

Now what?

Watching those that we've elected to office, seems most can't even wash a car or order fast food correctly.
Maybe if we had a few of those inventors solving the worlds problems....things might get done.

Re: Booster question.
Are there different booster springs with different spring constants for each weapon? The spring on the .45 1911A1 is not the same as on the BH or Glock. Or is it "One Spring Fits All" ? I have a AWC Nexus for my 1911. When I looked into mounting it on an HK Socom when they first came out ...

Re: 410 shotgun supressor building advice wanted
You need to find the forward point that your wad expands after exiting the barrel
and make your build shorter than that.
I always thought that unless you are a mfr and can legally experiment, building a shotgun suppressor
would be hit or miss.

With that offset "lowered" design, a lot of meat needs to be removed from the stock.

Re: How hot does a barrel get?
My 1980's AWC M-22 suppressor uses a tapered Brass collet to help center, stabilize the rear mount. The slots in the collet allow the collet to snug up tight on the barrel when being pushed into the matching taper of the rear mount when the rear cap is screwed on. If I was making a reflex type suppr...

it in the postal sorting facility with all those cameras watching....

The 16" LE6920 Socoms I have seen so far are without flats.

Pistons can have slots or ports to allow gases to enter the spring area. Best to use a stainless steel compression spring. http://www1.mscdirect.com/CGI/NNSRIT2?PMPXNO=000000003348006 Don't use a music wire spring or galvanized one from the hardware store. I posted a build of a 9mm suppressor with b...

Re: Have suppressor, need spacer?
Most of us still comprehend all of our accessories that make up our weapon systems.
But as old age creeps in we will forget some things that go here and there.
I think it is best not to use any kind of adaptor or spacer.
Have your barrels threaded correctly.

After hearing all the +'s and -'s.... I used Duracoat on the exterior of my last two aluminum tubes.
They have held up better than expected.
Would I use it again....Yes.
I'm currently working on a CMMG 6.5" ported integral with nine stainless K baffles....will post soon.

Government is only limited in what it can do by the amount it can spend to do it. So....if you want to limit government, stop giving them the cash to spend. If you haven't come to realize that the goal of most of the nutcases in Washington is to make us totally dependent on their provided services. ...

JJ and other black leaders have not given up on trying to stop young blacks from killing each other. Yes, it's a loosing battle for them and they see that most whites just don't care. Sounds like he thinks he's a legend in his own mind. I run into quite a few that think
what ever comes out of their mouths is the truth.
If they are close and offer the prices that you want to pay....
Expect no more.....use them and smile every time you leave their shop.
