Bank wires are foolproof.
If don't bank online, notify your bank that you are expecting a specific amount via wire and ask them to notify you when it has arrived.

Re: CCI Quiet Review
I've tried them in one of my 10/22s and one of my .22/45s, both suppressed and unsuppressed, and while quieter than the CCI SV load, they will not cycle the actions.
They re great for a quiet first shot.

There is a guy on eBay selling thread protectors that have smooth exteriors; he even has them in pretty colors.

The heavier-handed the moderation, the more likely you are to run afoul of capricious and arbitrary rules made up on the fly.

Re: NFA Trust and C&R question
No, it's a matter of avoiding the fingerprinting and CLEO sign-off, and that C&R MGs could be transferred directly to me instead of via a dealer in my state.

NFA Trust and C&R question
I use an trust for my NFA items.
If I were to obtain a Class 03 FFL (Collector of Curios and Relics), can I purchase transferable machine guns that are on the Curio & Relics list via my trust? Or would I have to go the non-trust route for those?
thanks,

Question regarding integrally suppressed firearms
If I commission a firearm with an integrally suppressed barrel, is the barrel the NFA item, or the receiver?
What if the firearm is a switch-barrel rig (e.g., Blaser R93, T/C Contender, Handi-Rifle, et al.)?

Re: Had my day in COURT Pissed Pissed and Pissed! 3 tickets
My goal is to purchase a small piece of property right next to where my POSN and his wife reside and start some type of legit business that will generate so much noise both day and night that they will go insane. The best part will be that there will not be a damn thing that the POSN can do about i...

Re: Form 4 approved but suppressor not at dealer....
If you paid for it prior to submission of the Form 4, you own it. The approved Form 4 means that your suppressor can now be transferred to you.
If the dealer says otherwise, escalate with NFA Branch.

I want to join BRPC, but they only have orientation once a month at 9am of Saturdays. Also, the office is only open part of the year, so you cannot join whenever you wish.

Re: 6 weeks from check cashed to pending??
My first two Form 4s took five weeks from the cashing of trhe check to go 'pending'.
The latest one took a week from the cashing of trhe check to go 'pending'.
They are burning through the backlog with the contract assistants they hired.

Six months, one week, one day from the day of submission for my first two stamps.
We'll see how long the third one takes.

If this doesn't work out then I'm going to try a 21sf, with threaded barrel.

I finally got my stamps (and suppressors)
I have already scanned the forms and saved them to both on-site and off-site backup.
Do I carry a (color) photocopy of the complete Form 4(s) with me when I am in possession of the suppressor(s), or just a (color) photocopy of the signed stamp(s)?
(
Thanks!
