I January I got 5 off Gunbroker for $90 including shipping....might want to do a search over there.

I tinker with 10/22's a little and have some older folders. Never saw one of those though. If it was mine it would always have a home. If I were to put it up for sale I'd start it at $200 or even $250 in an online auction.

Check cleared Jan 3. Approved Feb. 19. And it's a Trust.

How do you know it is pending unless you just recently called? I did call recently....as in TODAY. I spoke to whomever it is that answers the phone at the NFA branch, not my examiner. I do have the phone # that rings in at my examiner's desk. My point is that it's been pending for 16 days and I jus...

Today was exactly 3 weeks since my checks were cashed so I called for a status. NFA guy tells me they are running about 6 weeks from cashing to pending. Looks like I'm still about 5 weeks to pproval. Then I asked him how the examiners are assigned and he says by first letter of the transferring part...

I got my Trust notorized today and had the same result with the copy.......no 'Notary Seal' showed up in the copy. I happened to have some powdered graphite in the gun safe and sprinkled that on the seal. Gently brushed it with small, soft paint brush and it stands out clearly legible.

Soooooo.........clear this up for me for my first NFA purchase. Do I or do I not put the NFA item that's awaiting an approved Form 4 on the Schedule A that went in with my paperwork. How could you add it BEFORE the Form 4 is approved?? You don't own it until the Form 4 is approved. How could you legally add ANYTHING that you don't own to a Trust.

I have a 96/22 and have been thinking of rebarreling/suppressing it. .....IF I can find another stock for it. It appears that 10/22 barrels will interchange and I'd replace it with a TacSol. Reason for another stock is this gun is no longer in production I might someday want to be able to return it ...
