1. No I am leaving the stabilizing ring sold so that it forms a separate blast chamber with the muzzle brake being the initial baffles. 2. The recce from griffin appear to have a tube over the welded core but I could be mistaken.

Yes AAC did. Also there vids of Robert shooting m42000 without outer tube. All welded core, it worked.

Gentlemen, Thank you for input. But my question remains unanswered, which one is perform better, using the same spacing length or different spacing length? is there any formula for calculating ideal spacer length? or it's just 'trial and error"? I'm interested to clipping and porting the cones...

look at the m42000 section.
first and last cones are not step cut.
also look for the tiny "ports" at the large diameter of the cone.
these are for lowering pressure between chambers.

gunny, respect your knowledge. i meant you can copy the m42000 easily. being his (well made for sure) can i a lot larger and the same sounding there are obvious things making the smaller package perform as it does. fluted cones, clipped cones, "correct" spacing it all adds up. the guy did ...

ill give you a hint, the spacing it not .5, more like .375
