Re: Why isn't Class 3 more popular?
The wait, the $200 tax, the horrid inflation of the prices due to the regulation, comparatively low % of gun stores that are Class 3 dealers, and the pre-Internet decades of obscurity I'd say account for most of it. A lot of people, myself included until recent years, developed their gun ownership a...

Silver Bear 145 works great out of Uzis and is very easy on the wallet. IF you can find it these days, of course.

The reason a lot of major candidates have the same sponsors is that w/ as much as the government meddles with everything, major corps can't afford to not hedge their bets by bribing both sides.

Sierra and Hornady make some decent bullets for it for hunting, and there's a couple of YouTube videos w/ YHM cans on the Mosin and seems to do well. Go for it!

My wife likes the smell of it a LOT better than any other gun cleaner, so much so she doesn't mind at all if I clean guns right next to her. That reason alone made it worth the switch, and I'm extremely happy.

If it's money the government wants, they could make a ton more by letting the suppressor industry sell 100x more cans. They pay corporate taxes, their employees pay income taxes, and their suppliers and dealers all pay that as well. We're absolutely starving for domestic industrial production as we...

If you can get a barrel and bolt made for it, 8mm Kurz would be another ideal caliber to suppress w/ subsonic. You'd have to handload it but it could definitely be done. Not the easiest choice but definitely a cool one.

I'll be around Lancaster/Hershey. My wife picked out the spot, haven't even been to the specific place myself. It's going to be great living in a free state again, I've done 5 years in hell with CA and NY after spending my first 28 years in Alabama. There will still be a struggle to get PA to approv...

Thanks. Choices I'm considering at the moment are AAC Pilot 2 and/or Prodigy, Gemtech Outback 2D, and YHM Mite. Might also look at a Sparrow, depending on what kind of prices I can get.

Tommy guns are actually favored by some PD's and SWAT. Nice stopping power, reliable, and controllable to shoot. I've actually talked to a PD in upstate NY that uses them for training purposes.

FrogLube on .22 cans?
Good news, I'll soon be moving to PA in about a month. IMMEDIATELY on my list is getting a couple cans. Obviously a .22 is atop the list because of affordability to shoot and immense value to introducing new shooters. From what I have gathered they also get REALLY dirty. I'm curious if treating them...

Ours passed the senate and house and then the Governator put his VETO brand on it. No joke, he actually had a VETO branding iron made and registered and publicly burned over 20 bills that passed the legislature, including one that removed the permit requirement for concealed carry. Luckily we'll ha...
