I recently picked up a TiRant 9S and a TiRant 45S. The dealer needs to create an account. You can't do a form 4.

The approval for the dealer to use the site takes a few days, so I suggest you have them do it ASAP....

It seems the ATF was smart enough to send just a copy. They will send another one and stated that I can update the address when I send it back in.
