I just placed an order for my 3.1... And I still have my Rifle Length URX II and Rifle Length URX III sitting in boxes. My plan is for a 14.5 Noveske 300 BLK Barrel with the URX 3.1. Should be tits. Yes... They are destroying for me but the letter says that I need to notify ATF...

Letter states it is my responsibility to notify the ATF.

What is the process for notifying the ATF that a class 3 unit has been destroyed?

AAC sent me a letter that they are going to destroy my m4100. (don't worry...AAC is taking care of me...) What do I need to do on my part to notify the ATF? Is there a specific form?

I'm thinking of removing the springs and drilling out one of the holes where the spring is held and installing a set screw... I never really have the need to remove so this could be a cool solution.

check out this video... You should be able to see the wobble here... This is with the suppressor installed as far as it will go. You can run a fat gas tube to slow the carrier down, but it'll still blow a bunch of crap in your face. If you can get a steel adjustable block to fit, I'd lightly TIG over the screw after you know exactly where you want it. Another option is to drill a smaller gas hole just past your existing hole...

Anyone have a suggestion for URX II armorer work? Would like my gas block replaced with a PRI adjustable... My current gas block is a little large and contacts the rail. Also very difficult to remove the bottom rail for service / cleaning.

I have about 600 rounds through my 18T Muzzle Brake with an M4-1000. Almost all of the finnish of the MB has come off from where its attaches inside the suppressor.
