Just curious, how are your CTA baffles made? Stamped? Investment-casting? CNC machined?

If you must keep the K baffles then clam shell it up like the sparrow. Also, the element is supposed to have the worst blowback. Is that fixable? I own an essence, sparrow and Spectre. I was tempted by the elements size and weight but passed when I heard about the blowback and difficulty of cleaning.
