And then I need someone to explain to me how that is AAC's, or Gemtechs, or anyone elses fault.... It's not the manufacturer's fault unless they misled a buyer to believe a product would be available at a certain time and they fail to deliver within a reasonable time period. If I'm told 4 months an...

Your right, the 300 Weatherby Mag is really loud and has a fairly sharp recoil. Both are good reasons to suppress the firearm. Like you, I got my 300 when I was young - 16 I think after a short stint with a 7mm mag. The 300 is my primary hunting rifle here in Texas and it has proven to be a very cap...

That is one hardcore suppressor James. Nice work!

How do you mount it to the minigun? Is there a locking nut for each barrel or does it mount some other way?

Suppressor for 300 Weatherby Mag

I know there have been questions in the past regarding use of the 762SD on 300 Winchester Mags. Can the 762 SD be used on a 300 Weatherby Mag (which has a slightly higher pressure) or would the Titan be an appropriate choice?

AAC Finish Problem

The other day someone posted a pic of an AAC suppressor that had a corrosion problem, in fact it looked like it had been dipped in battery acid. The explanation was that there was a problem in the coating and finishing process, but I can't find the thread anymore. Does anyone know which where the th...

There are quite a few little pieces and springs. Since the AR-15 is highly standardized, there are plenty of places to find a full-blown parts list. I'd suggest buying something called a "lower receiver parts kit" from MidwayUSA or Brownells rather than buy them piece by piece. You will pa...

The SAAMI maximum safe pressure pressure for the Weatherby 300 Mag vs. the 300 Winchester Mag is 65,000 and 64,000 PSI respectively. The Weatherby generally has a velocity advantage over the Winchester by about 100-300 FPS for the same bullet type. Keep in mind the above figures do not represent pre...

The interesting thing is that the Georgia legislature specifically chose not to make the new law retroactive with full visibility to Mr. Wilson's case. I have no knowledge of Georgia law, but if the judge in this case exceeded his authority, then I also thinks it's appropriate that the AG did the ri...

It is an extremely rare case when a civilian goes up against a officer with an excessive force defense and wins out in a court of law - especially in a "he said, she said" case where the only true witnesses are the two parties involved. It a civilians word versus the officers. I sincerely ...

It appears now that the undercover officer passed Treptow's car on the shoulder as Treptow waited for a car in front of him to turn left. Treptow honked and flipped the undercover officer off. The officer then pulled to the side of the road, waited for Treptow to pass, then tailgaited Treptow's vehi...

I think Denzel Washington said it best in the movie Man Of Fire...

"This is a charger. It's used by convicts to conceal money and drugs. It's hidden inside the body. In the rectum."

How about AAC Charger?
