Re: Anyone here own a Ducati?

I don't plan on dying either (at least not anytime soon), but the 'zuk took me through a barbed wire fence, down a 35 foot embankment, and into a 10 foot deep ditch. I watched a fence post go right by my head and the bottom wire on the fence sent two barbs into my throat and ripped the visor off the...

Re: Liberty mystic+ruger 77/357 = 300 black killer

If only Ruger had made a 99/357 like my 99/44! I can't even fathom chopping my Deerfield up but it would be cool suppressed. Might be a tad noisy due to being semi-auto. COuld be cool, but that would have to be a stout can for .44mag pressure - no .45ACP cans....... I'll bet you could use a Bowers ...

Re: first post, need help

You aren't going to notice much on a rifle. After about 10" the .22LR loses any additional punch from the gases. Also, the suppressor isn't going to quiet a supersonic bullet, just the gases. That is why they are really effective on pistols but not so much on rifles. Also, with the 10/22, the a...

Re: How do you discourage door to door solicitors?

A potential burglar doesn't even have to look in your home to know what the take might be. Little things like keeping your garage door shut and crushing that box for your 50" plasma TV that you were just gonna leave by the garbage can will reduce the risk.

Re: Lazy Americans

You get 8-10 bucks an hour, fool. It is hard to make rent on a 1 bedroom apartment, pay utilities, car insurance, gas, and food on $16,000 to $20,000 a year, these days, isn't it? I thought drafting paid better. Heck, McDonalds pays $10 for prime time employees. Its nearly impossible. I paid my own...

Re: Some liberal idiot calls me a racist...

You're in Bozeangeles, what do you expect? Arguing with a liberal is like wrestling a pig, you both get dirty but the pig ejoys it. I have a very liberal friend that constantly accuses me of being a hard core republican because I often disagree with his views. Its pretty much his only rebuttal. Its ...

Re: Threaded 1911 conversions or ruger mark 3

I have the MKIII with a Tac Sol Pac Lite upper and it works very well. I also have the mag safety delete in mine so it has a much better trigger than my GSG. Subsonics are quieter than bulk pack stuff. Winchester T22 is relatively cheap subsonic ammo. I've found the subsonics to be less reliable whe...

Yes, I already have a Pilot, I just want to know if its safe with the 17M2. Muzzle pressure peaks with the 17M2 at 10" and this barrel is 12".

17M2 with Pilot

I finally got my 17M2 Charger running right and would like to use my Pilot on it. AAC doesn't make the Pilot anymore so the specs aren't there. I know you guys like pictures so here they are: 12" Molyfusion RT Barrel, RT Min. Headspace Bolt, RT Midweight charging handle, VQ hammer & sear, L...
