MCASSgt New River, when you get back stateside hit me up and I can show you some US 308 cans, they are quieter and bout half the diameter of that one. That can you posted is about the same size as so...

Re: 9MM AR MASTER THREAD
So all I would need to do is cut out slot for the mag catch correct? Yes, what I did was: 1. remove (or swing it out of the way) mag catch, 2. insert the mag, 3. use a pencil (mechanical will make it easier due to the very thin lead) to mark where you need to dremel, 4. measure again, ensuring uppe...

Re: 9MM AR MASTER THREAD
So what mags does everyone recommend? I have the RRA Mag block. I saw mixed reviews from the C-products. How about the Bushmaster poly mags? How about Metalform? IMHO I would go with Uzi mags. You can buy a 3 pack with pouch from Cheaper Than Dirt and mod them yourself. It is a learning process but...

Re: keeping suppressor at military duty station
Don't forget to mention that in NC you have to have the Sheriff's permission to have a MG in his county, approved before it enters not after the fact. Its a Weapon of Mass Destruction ya know! -B That always gets me...so I can't take my mg to another county to go shoot legally? What about when I ge...

Re: Moving! Now what?
You need to amend the address on your trust and get it re-notarized, plus the 5330.20 Yeah, I know I need to amend. I have amended before by reading the NCGS that applies and wording my change appropiatly, but I have never gotten it re-notarized and it was accepted by the ATF. Thanks Gents, MCASSgt...

Re: keeping suppressor at military duty station
I am in the Army, and I own 1 mg, and a dozen silencers. Matter-of-fact my last duty stations Pro Vost Marshal (SGM in charge of all emergency services) signed off on all of my Form 4's. I stored all of them in my safe in my post housing. All i was required to do was make sure the MG was listed on ...

Re: Moving! Now what?
MCASSgt, I live in Yuma (retired Gunny) and I don't know of an NFA attorney here in Yuma County. Phoenix is next biggest town with any hat size (180 miles away). Trusts aren't really popular here reference NFA items as our Sherrif (Ralph Ogden) signs off on everything. He makes it a habit of turnin...

I know all about the 5320.20 that needs to be filled out but what about my RLT? Is there any specific verbiage beside amending for the relocation to a different state? I moving from NC to Az so I know the laws are less restrictive maybe a lawyer should handle this one. Anyone know a NFA friendly law...

CLEO signature removal?
http://www.saysuncle.com/2011/01/26/wouldnt-get-my-hopes/ Very brief summary: All branches and offices within ATF have given the official okey dokey to eliminating the CLEO signature requirements for NFA Forms. Re: 9MM AR MASTER THREAD
First let me say I am an AR newbie but I am not new to guns. I am looking into piecing together my 9mm AR and I had a few questions. I planned on using a RRA 7" upper with a SBR'd AGP lower. Besides the upper, Ill need the mag block, buffer, and hammer. Is there anything else I would need? Als...
