7dB was the change going from crescent to double radiused.

Looks good. Hope the crescent clips work out for you, I did not have good luck with them in subsonic or supersonic applications across multiple calibers.

I would strongly recommend heat treating your parts, especially the 416 bits. In the annealed state, 416 is softer & weaker than 304.

You need to run subsonic ammo, and in the case of blowback carbines, the port pop may continue to be offensive no matter what ammo or suppressor is used. The AR9 you should be able to tune for reduced port noise, but expect the Scorpion to always snap your ears.
