I always use a torch to remove them and I've reused a few -- even one that was red loctited on -- but now I always replace. It takes more torque to remove one of these nuts than to install it. Thank you! Just FYI, I'm a new KAC dealer and that vise is purpose built for installing URXes (though it works with other rails as well). If you ever need any Knight's gear, I'd like the opportunity to use my vise to wrench it together for you! :^)

Only two things I can think of: (1) You might be surprised to find that there is no rear take down spring and detent under the receiver end plate. I wrenched an upper for a customer and friend this evening. He had his SR-15 barrel cut to 14.5" inches by Adco and wanted to replace his URX II with a URX III. He took care of grinding down his gas block and I relieved a little room from the upper part of the URX III. http://www.boltcarrier.co...
