.AAC Evo 9, SWR Shadow 9, YHM Cobra 9, ect of these units, which would you recommend for g19 or 92FS ? I appreciate all the info, I'm at the beginning of this search., I've never used any of these, :?: If you're using the suppressor strictly for pistol use, go with the Evo 9. I've got one and it's ...

WTS: CZ-75 Single Action 9mm

I've got a CZ-75 single action only in 9mm that I purchased new, fired 300 rounds through it and it's been boxed up ever since. Pistol ran perfectly just didn't fit me as well as I thought it would so I'm getting rid of it. Comes with original box, paperwork, two 16 round magazines, mag loader, snap...

Well I finally got a chance to go out to the range and try out my P226 CPO 9mm. It's the older model P226 that's German made and has the stamped slide. I can definitely tell a weight difference between this model and the newer machined slide P226. I prefer this older model since it seems to balance ...

I make it a point to try and avoid the first run of automobiles and guns. Let the bugs get worked out first and then take a serious look. If I've learned anything about manufacturing it's that there will be imperfections and problems the first time around. The second iteration of most anything is mu...

Out of curiosity, how much were they asking? I think they were asking $499. If it's not a shop you know the people really well at and want to support, shop around. They've been as low as 388 at shows here. I'll keep an eye out for cheaper ones. I think they had a sale and so it was cheaper than tha...

That's pretty impressive going 1.5 to 2K through it without cleaning and only getting light primer strikes. Have you had any feeding or extracting issues with it? I clean my guns after every range session so I don't go too long without cleaning them.

Beretta PX4

I was looking in the local gun store at a Beretta PX4 in 9mm. It seems like a nice gun. Felt good in the hand although no one there had shot one. Is this just another plastic gun or worth looking at? Anyone have one that they use for HD or CCW? If anyone has any reviews I'd appreciate an honest one.

My grandmother is from Edinburgh and I couldn't be more happy to hear that Scotland is closer to independence than ever. England is quickly becoming a middle eastern state with their pandering to muslims.

Yeah, it's funny how much I disagree with some of you guys on the economy. I think Hillary and Obama have the most ridiculous ideas on how to save the economy, pure socialist bullshit. Incentive is good, hand outs are bad. Spending 200 billion dollars more than is being spent now is a BAD idea. The...

As far as I know she's only for embryonic stem cell research which, from what I've seen, doesn't offer as much promise as adult stem cell research. http://stemcellresearch.org/press/2008-02-27_JAMA.pdf I understand yo...

WTT: CZ 75SA or P226 CPO for FN MkIII Hi Power

I'm looking for a new, like new or lightly used hi power. I prefer an FN mkIII but if you've got a Browning hi power I'd be open to that as well. PM me and let me know what you have. If you happen to have a hi power with the Yost Bonitz SRT package I'd be willing to trade both guns as well as some c...

I'm sure your 1911 is fine. The case has to have something to press against to build that kind of pressure such as the wall of the chamber. Since it split the case, there was no bullet in the chamber I'm sure your 1911 is fine. Chances are all the powder wasn't even burned in the chamber or even in ...

Magazine Finish

Which finish is more durable and rust resistant: matte phosphate or shiny blued? I ask because I'm ordering some more 17rd Mec Gar magazines for my P226 and I found a place that has them either blued or phosphated. Anyone know? I'm leaning towards phosphated since in my experience in damp environmen...

There are few combinations as nice as the P226 and an Evo 9. I'll also compliment Mec Gar on their P226 17rd mags. They've run flawlessly for me.

As far as I know it is. I'm going to post the question over there on Sigforum and see what they say. The trigger seems to be a heck of a lot smoother than newer Sigs which is why I bought it.

Sig P226 CPO question

I picked up a Sig P226 certified pre owned yesterday in 9mm. At $499 I couldn't pass it up. It's an older German made P226 with the stamped carbon steel slide with the breech block insert, not the newer machined slide model. My question is, would shooting a steady diet of +P ammo out of it adversely...
