As indestructible, if not better, than competing suppressors in the marketplace.

Re: Possibly useful info for folks with sealed .22 cans.

OK....post back your results. ... Please weigh the can before and after cleaning and if at all possible filter off the solids that come out of it for a possible determination of lead vs carbon vs other content. Great points. It'd be interesting to learn if any lead comes loose. It seems that once &...

Yankee Hill Mite recore

Shipped mite to YHM and within a week they recored w ss baffles from their new stinger. Fit and finish is great. Sort of like a Spectre 2 cta stack without the clicks. Test fired and it's quieter. Has a little frp even though it's wrapped K baffles (vs a monocore). Iirst shot was louder (frp) but no...

Where he wrote "Seems like I read somewhere that some light weight centerfire rounds were not practical with suppressors, i.e. could damage the can. I'm not sure I understand the reasoning behind this statement." The issue is not it could damage the can, but that they won't be subsonic due...

Re: .22 shorts with a suppressor, any advice?

Your earlier comment only makes sense if what you are talking about is that you want more mass for more effective cycling. That is, a 187 gr 300 blk subsonic won't have as much power to cycle as a 220gr, provided they have equal velocity and both remain subsonic.

Re: .22 shorts with a suppressor, any advice?

I'm not sure I understand the reasoning behind this statement. To understand the reasoning behind lightweight rounds ...

You should have no issues. They are usually subsonic but shoot lighter bullets. The only .22 issue are the agila sss because they may not stabilize ...

Re: Trust rule change question

As proposed, every Responsible Person (i.e., anyone who can touch the NFA items in your trust) would have to get fingerprinted and CLEO signature = but that is likely for only FUTURE purchases. Lots of issues. Are prior purchases exempt? They would almost certainly have to be. What about future resp...

Re: Full auto trigger packs on MP5 clone

Hi everyone! New guy trying to find my path in the NFA world. Haven't yet formed a trust, but will be getting there shortly. In the mean time, I'm reading and learning as much as I can. One of the guns on my firearms "bucket list" is a full-auto MP5 (silenced). So I started looking around...

Re: Making an AR15 quieter, the weapon not the suppressor

I have tried very heavy buffers as well as really light buffers. I also tuned the gas impulse with my adjustable gas block. I was considering drilling vents opposite to the vents in the side of the bolt but after shooting my gun with the suppressor muzzle against the ground I realized the gun isn't...

Re: Full auto trigger packs on MP5 clone

You can get a plastic sef grip clipped and pinned and a Fa pack, the grind the pack according to some
Internet instructions, and make a Fa mp5.
And if the fuzz catches you then spend 10-20 in pound your ass prison if u like that vacation plan

Re: Full auto trigger packs on MP5 clone

Would that be legal? I've read like 40 different pieces that says it's illegal to manufacture a fully auto firearm, but I found a couple of places that seemed to make it sound like this was OK because it's a conversion, not a manufacture?... No, it's not legal. If you want full-auto, you need to fo...

Re: Silencerco Saker 762 POI Shift?

So I finally got out to the range today with my new Saker 762 on my 300BLK SBR. I was really impressed with the noise reduction. I shot a few magazines without hearing protection and it didn't both me at all... the crack was about like a cap gun I thought. I shot both Gemtech 187gr subsonic, and Re...
