It could be claimed that you consent to a search as part of a contract you enter when purchasing a plane ticket. Searching people exiting trains is blatantly illegal though.
Communities need to elect local law enforcement leaders that are willing to round up and evict feds that break the law.

Just intuitively, I see no purpose for a second expansion chamber at the exit end, where pressure is at its lowest.

FDR... a lot of parallels there.
Declaration of government control over private property.
Unconstitutional indefinite detention of a perceived threat.
Inheriting a fucked up economy and making it worse.
I agree.

Mueller has something in that configuration, and they are somewhat more reputable that the bottom of the barrel brands.

Good article. Myth #3 is very confusing, especially as a non-lawyer reading the text of NDAA.

I was hoping it terrified congress that disgust for this latest round of attacks on the bill of rights was crossing party lines, but they are rubbing our faces in it.

Re: Treason in congress.
Actually, I'm confused at this point too. Section e was recently added and appears to place it in compliance with Posse Comitatus/5a/6a. I'm still concerned that so many senators believe it does give executive power to indefinitely detain citizens. They are unabashedly pushing for a bill that allows...

Re: Treason in congress.
Dianne Feinstein was the main voice claiming US citizens wouldn't be affected by it, so I dismissed it as bullshit like everything else she says. Others supporting the bill claimed it would apply to US citizens, as a good thing. I'd consider that treasonous in itself, using the fact the Constitution...

Treason in congress.
Is nobody else a little shocked by the blatant attacks on the constitution over the past month? NDAA is a blow to the 5th and 6th amendments. SOPA goes after the 1st. These are brazen non-partisan treasonous actions. Everyone seems to be distracted by the primaries while this is happening. You've ch...

He's got a point. The tea party has been getting tricked by the big-gov republicans like Gingrich for some time. Edit: The racism claims are silly, but there is plenty of hypocrisy in the values of the new tea party. They support expansion of federal power, while the original tea party was based on ...

You have a lot of faith in the government's willingness to not abuse authority. Give a crackhead money for food, and see what he spends it on. The entire point of the govt is to do things that individuals cannot do. If you were selling counterfeits on the street, the police could act. Police alread...

This is also good news to Ruger charger owners. The original ATF agent's opinion letter that claimed the SCOTUS ruling applied ONLY to TC really didn't hold any water. I've been following the Supreme Court's interpretation, and it's refreshing to hear I'm no longer felonious.

Re: iPhone tethering app now available
purely a carrier issue, not a phone issue, that's all Agree with you there. That pretty much sums up the whole market, unfortunately. It's one reason a lot of tmo customers are worried about the at&t merger. Negotiating with your isp about what software you can put on your computer is unthinkab...

Re: iPhone tethering app now available
This just isn't true with tmo or stock android. What you pay for is a tethering app on carrier-modified phones. If your phone does this by default, your tethering fee is your data fee. When/if this becomes a problem, they will need to stop selling "unlimited" data plans and sim cards for d...

Re: iPhone tethering app now available
That may be the case with at&t and apple. Carriers can charge you for tethering if you are using their phone. Since the phone is unlocked and mine, data is data, regardless of the end device, and I pay a flat rate for unlimited.

Re: iPhone tethering app now available
I have not owned a PC without wifi since the late 20th century. Right, but if there is no wifi around, the phone can pull in 3g and broadcast internet over wifi like a router. This is specifically useful when you want to use the PC in an area with no wifi. As long as android does this by default, I...

My 10/22 rotary mags start to fail in less than a brick. It's a great design, but there is nowhere for the carbon to go in them. Standard mags allow the carbon to settle at the bottom.

Re: iPhone tethering app now available
This is really the main reason I like android. I've had pc tether over wifi from day one. Toggle something on the phone, everyone in the room has 3G over wifi. I don't pay anything extra for tethering because it's all counted as phone data. Some carriers take this out of their android phones, so you...

The main reason I think it's real is that he seems to burn himself a lot, and the burns carry over from one video to the next. If it is fake, it is better produced than any other bs "reality tv" show I've ever seen. The only time I've seen him create something remotely edible was the liquo...
