We either own or have metered everything available. Many manufacturers make decent products for .45 pistols...the AWC Nexus II, CCF Impuls, and the Gemtech SOS.
Really state-of-the-art stuff includes the SWR HEMS, KAC, and the AAC Evolution-45. You would not be disappointed with any of these choices.

No other issues, just watch out for the alignment. It just seems that a lot of people purchase the cheapest 3-lug adapter they can find. That, sometimes, leads to misalignment.

There hasn't been enough demand. It's something that we have wanted to do, there just hasn't been high on the priority list. Maybe in the future.
