Yes AAC did. Also there vids of Robert shooting m42000 without outer tube. All welded core, it worked.

look at the m42000 section.
first and last cones are not step cut.
also look for the tiny "ports" at the large diameter of the cone.
these are for lowering pressure between chambers.

ill give you a hint, the spacing it not .5, more like .375

import section pic into cad, scale can to 6.625 length - 1.5 od. all else falls into place.

directs less nasty blast straight on to the first baffle, thereby increasing first baffle life.
