No. Trust Form 4s have been rejected for this and the ATF has specifically pointed it out.

My 10-22 SBR has 5.5in TacSol Charger barrel that's factory threaded. My suppressor is SWR Spectre and the combination is great. You won't get that suppressor WITH stamp for $400 though.
