Re: What about living on a sailboat with Nfa items?
Plus, if you are passing through those waters going from one legal place to another legal place, they would also appear to be in conflict with the Firearm Owners' Protection Act of 1986. FOPA86 only provides protection if the gun is unloaded. OP scenario is basically no different than a guy living ...

Re: SBR Markings
My question is not exactly on topic but closely related. When I create an SBR from my purchased stripped lower marked cal-multi and the manufacturers logo, what information/markings am I required to add? A Title II firearm must have, name/city/state of MFG, caliber, SN. Model is optional. So if I &...

Re: Zip code wrong on form 4??
I was just looking over my form 4 that got sent out 3 weeks ago, and I just noticed the dealer put his zip code on both his address AND mine (Box 2a and 3a). Everything else is good, I can't believe I missed it. Will this get returned? Can I fix it ahead of time with an "amendment" or som...

Easy to get a tattoo like that when you do not have any guns they are currently taking. Now post some video of your illegal M16 and yell come and take it and I will be impressed. Even more so after you are killed.

Re: SBR question
So you're saying you have seen documentation of prosecution/conviction for an individual merely possessing an AR lower and short barreled upper, having never mated the two? Yes it is on Bardwells Site. Doesn't US v T-C support that having both in proximity but not assembled in an illegal configurat...

Have never seen someone say "refer to US v Jones when the 4th circuit court found John Jones guilty for merely possessing an unmated upper & lower in 2007". Not saying it hasn't happened or can't happen, just that I've never seen a reference for these claims. I post references all the...

So I am sitting in Dr. waiting room and I see the Sports Illustrated 60th Anniversary Issue with the Mosaic of the 1st issue on the cover. I think, I know who did that, and sure enough I check the credits and I do.

They fail to understand silencers are already legal to use in Florida, so if folks wanted to buy one and use it for ill will they already can. Perhaps they can run an article on how many times a lawfully silenced firearm was used in a crime?

Stupid legal question with no intent of actually doing it. If I have 2 suppressors and I machine a coupler to create (in effect) one long suppressor: 1) Do I need another stamp? 2) Is the coupler I make a "silencer part"? (I guess if this is the case Question #1 is automatically a "y...
