30 minutes in my SS wet tumbler/Harbor Freight rock tumbler does a better job than my USC. Hot water, SS pins, dawn, lemi-shine, new rubber band for the motor because I know it'll break as soon as I walk away and in 30 minutes....purty.

I had the same issues with the saddle clamps. I just stuck some lock-tite on the bolts to hold them in place. Now that I have a new replacement saddle, I'll work on making it better.

OP, the AAC Cyclone is made for a .308. Bore is probably .350" to .380". Find out what that 9mm you want to put through it is in diameter.

I have heard back from the seller I purchased my lathe from and I am supposed to be getting some replacement parts. We'll see though.

There are some brakes on eBay that are threaded 9/16-24 in 6.5 for the Grendel.

It might not be the best way to do it, but it allows you to get very good cuts with minimal tools.

Would you have the ability to turn down the OD of a VSR to fit?

The DHC performs very well, IMO. Shot a 22-250 through my .30 cal can that has all 7 of the cones DHC'd and I was amazed.

With the MMW cones, you'd only need a blast chamber spacer, but I'd wait till I had it in my hand before making a decision on the length of it. In fact, I wonder how they can sell a kit without it.
