Re: Worst Design Ever
Hi, No, the design behind this built is not mine: I sold this Guy a complete different design (mostly based on spare Tubing upon request), then I sent this Guy 2 different additional Baffles also upon request and he finally built what is shown in the Pics. I have not ever have any contact with Him f...

Hi, No, that’s not what you are saying: What you have been doing is to spread s--t all over myself and my business. All the time. And doing that without any knowledge or proves of what you were doing. Just to F--k Paul due to its condition of “foreign” (to be reviewed since you are also an American ...

You have proposed a challenge to my Cans and looks like you have already given up … Uhmmm ?. Sounds like more s--t from you, you know …
I’m ready so just let me know what your final rules are.
Cheers,
Paul

just to play devil's advocate....how do we know that the individual machined/manufactured exactly to Paul's specifications? It is my experience that there are always 3 sides to a story...(1)my side, (2)your side and (3)the truth...maybe its a screw up of the manufacturer, maybe its a screw up of th...

Re: 10/22 Integral
Hi, I like Ruger 10/22. As far as i remember, i should have (somewhere in the actual mess) an easy, clean and beautiful way to convert a standard Barrel into a 1 inch OD Integral Suppressor just moding the stock: From the receiver end to the end of the Barrel, sizing Barrel at your own. All you need...

Re: New Tool For Ball Cutter
Hi, Don’t know what Lava is using but what I have used to build “spherical like” Baffles is: For the convex side, the ball turning tool sold at LittleMachineShop.Com (the large one) and for the concave side, I use a custom made tool built in Brazil to fit into my joint geometry needs. With these sim...

Hi, In America, what most OverSeas businesses do is what i did: Send the case to the Lawyers in USA. I just got Notary confirmation, few minutes ago, of witnessing certifying this whole thread, including member Alias by special request. I also got valid USA Court documentation and certification on D...

Hi, From the 2012 AAC Catalog: AAC’s core group of thinkers and designers then work with these concepts in the virtual world of solid-model engineering. After a run through the latest computational fluid dynamics and finite-element-analysis software, our inventions take shape as prototypes which are...

Re: thread pitchs?
Hi, Here you have a comparison of 20 vs. 24 TPI: Going 24 gives you a thicker outside wall while going 20 gives you stronger threads. For any of them, I’ll make the ID little bit bigger so after threading you don’t have issues sliding Baffles or Spacers. Also, you can think on having some sort of sh...

Hi,
OK, it’s been more than 24 hours since I posted the Vid.
Beside the “TONTOlaba” that posted the CCCP Ladies Video, nobody else was able to beat that Can.
The challenge is still open.
Just try to beat this one:

Hi, I can make the Design, I can make the Chips and I can do the Video. No problem. Now: What Camera should I use? How are you going to compare Audio (Shots ¿?¿?¿?)? How do I keep privacy on all this? How do you guarantee equal opportunities for all of us? How are you going to control the rules? … I...

Hi,
OK, so you are basically closing the doors to potential competitors out of USA.
Right ?. If it’s that way, I’m fine; it’s your competition and that’s it. I did ask for that info before.

The Jury will be composed of Shops (ie. Manufacturers, 07/02, …) and the contest is only for individuals with new and innovative Designs...
