Both are excellent, the SRT is heavier and sealed, the Aluminum Tubed one pictured above made in Bend Oregon.

I have shot both with HOT .44 MAG and 44 special loads.

Yes all the ones I have seen are 2-stamp guns.
I pretty much gave up on mine, and just SBR'ed it and threaded it 5/8x24 for a can.
The Ruger 77-44 integrally suppressed has more punch, and some are made as a 1 stamp guns.
