When I was buying NFA items via a PA corp (I live in a non NFA state) everytime I picked up an NFA item I had to personally fill out the 4473, show out of state drivers license and the dealer called it in and they did the NICS check. No issues with out of state drivers license.

Just thought that I would share that the priority envelope has materilzed in Orlando according to the USPS tracking web site. It is not at its final destination yet, but at least it has resurfaced. Let's see if they can get it the last 50 miles without screwing the pooch.
