Oh well. OK Thanks guys. It seems Orion can't accept threaded cans due to their state law. They can only make up unfinished tubes. I didn't realize the serial was engraved. I'd be into putting a HP buff on. I see why paint may be easier, less permenant option. I'd love to get a hold of a carbon fibe...

"Pimp my can" Customizing exsisting silencers?

I saw this and thought it would be cool to customize my cans. With some engraved artwork? http://www.orion-arms.com/samples.php After all I'm pretty much never going to sell them, so the resale value is not an issue. So would adding a skull etc to an AAC pilot's tube be prohibited? ALSO, Can a silen...

Re: New SWR Trident-9s now shipping

The new Trident-9s began shipping to dealers this week. The 2007 Trident-9 offers substantially better suppression on a handgun requiring an LCD (Nielson). Suppression on a 3 lug or fixed thread mount is unchanged. Hands down the Trident-9 is the quietest 9mm handgun suppressor that we have tested ...

Just curious, can an evo 9 hold up to automatic fire? If so how much? I called & wanted to know same thing. You can order one with SS baffles for additional material cost. It'll then be up to par & take as much FA fire as a Striker2. Per, Freddy of AAC. That is no longer needed because the ...

OK Now another question I forgot to ask.

Will fixed barrel pistols need another adapter spacer like the Striker 2?

How much effort/time is involved to deactivate/activate the booster. For example, 30 seconds?

I have decided to go with an Hk barrel from AAC. It'll be all Hk part. Just thinking ahead if I don't like ...

That has very deep rifling so that gas leaks around the bullet and makes a supersonic bullet subsonic. It is an outdated concept now that there is 147 grain ammo commonly available. I think I would save it as an interesting bit of history. Maybe Kevin at AAC will trade it for a working P7 threaded ...

Advice for barrel

Hi, Not looking for where to thread. I'm looking for someone who could possibly complete an unfinished P7M8 barrel . I'll explain... I have a P7M8 barrel that is unfinished work by Mickey Finn. Months for a sight?I wouldn't do that either! Last sight I had put on by my smith was done while I waited. I landed top gun in the academy with it, worth the $70 spent.

You can try to put the sights on yourself? If all else fails get a gunsmith. A lot cheaper than a $300 tool. I put Areotech sights on my Glock and it worked fine. Not sure if Ameriglo works the same for instaling? I do not know if Areotechs will work for a can. Glock front sight comes off with pinch...
