Potato as suppressor

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Darn it, stop doing that!
Now I have to go buy some cheddar to try that recipe!

But really, thanks to all the guys in this thread for some much needed laughs!
Don't it always seem to go, that you don't know what you got 'til it's gone?

I humbly apologize for leading you astray. But, oh my gosh, do they taste good after
three hours snow throwing over three feet of drifted snow down a 120' x 15' sloped
driveway, 20' x 60' space in front of the garage, and clearing the Donner Pass in front
of the driveway the plows created. I kept mumbling " I am getting too old for this
s#(!. If I were in Texas now I'd be with my brethren like Doubloon shooting, drinking larger,
and smiling at the New England dopes shoveling snow". :) :)

God did punish me for my occasional hubris. No beer in the fridge! Oh the pain of it.
