Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

I dont see it for cans but I can see it for a host of uses. Making commies water proof being 1.

G'Day Fella's,

Historian, Never Wet certainly looks to be a very useful product!
I wonder how well it copes with the heat of a firearm?
If it has a high temperature rating, it would be a great way to stop firearms, reloading dies, etc etc etc from Rusting!!!
