Building a 22/24 integral can

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Are there any legal issues with building a integral 22/24 can?

I was considering machining the entire upper so I would be making a firearm and the suppressor, similar to the Gemtech Oasis design, so I didn't know if there would be any inherent legal issues of trying to do something like this.

No legal issues with that be aware though that it is a silencer AND a handgun.
