Form 1 How many copies?

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

For the Form 1 how many copies are sent in? And is it or are they sent to Atlanta or West Virginia?

Send to address on the form - WV.

2 copies, each with an original ink signature. 1 copy of your trust documents if doing that way.
