knurled surfaces

So I have been thinking about doing a form 1 and what do you guys think of knurling the flat surfaces on the baffles to create more turbulence of the gases? Maybe also knurling the inside of my blast chamber? It would be harder to get clean but that's not something that an ultrasonic cleaner shouldn't be able to handle.

what kind of baffles? Knurling the ID would be quite a chore I would think.

I cut ribs in a blast chamber once, but I can't seem to wrap my mind around knurling on the inside???

and for baffles i am think k baffles but Im not sure yet.

First, I would not think the tiny grooves would create any measurable turbulence.
Second, even if they offer anything I think that the tiny groves would get filled with residue so quickly that it would prove to be a waste of time.
