I find myself privileged to see yet another very well constructed suppressor built by our nations finest Bravo Sir!

Re: Ti-Thirty Form 1
If this is a ignorant question please excuse it but would this design be better in perfomance for a .30 caliber suppressor? The deeper into this forum I dig looking for answers the more confused on some aspects I get. I was looking at the K baffle and how the it allowed some gas to flow past and through the next baffle which seemed to have an advantage.

However I then noticed that due to the higher pressure it is hard on the K baffle design and was not sure if I would be better served for longevity and suppression to use a stepped cone or a cone like used here.

K's excel in lower pressures, while cones(steps or smooth) excel in higher pressures.theserxtremedays wrote:If this is a ignorant question please excuse it but would this design be better in perfomance for a .30 caliber suppressor? Re: Ti-Thirty Form 1
A K baffle will out perform most baffles ever made. The basic technology is responsible for some of the best baffles ever designed. They can be made to be light & strong and perform with very high pressures.Still one of the best rifle caliber baffles ever conceived.A great choice for 30 caliber though others exist.theserxtremedays wrote:If this is a ignorant question please excuse it but would this design be better in perfomance for a .30 caliber suppressor? Re: Ti-Thirty Form 1
Thanks for the input I actually really like your design here but I had a few questions that seemed to vary from thread to thread on the best design for a .30 caliber suppressor. Great job on your build thanks for putting it on here it's given me some great ideas.
