Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

its a simmons 2x thats all I know. it was silver and it got painted black to match the rest of the gun so any information on the scope is under the paint.
I have two hobbies. Shooting and reloading. The more I do of one the more I can do of the other.
