Baffles anyone?

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

I didn't buy them but they looked like 1" OD , good for a .22 build.

They are over 1" for sure, will not fit down a 1.030 tube, will get a better measurement later.

1.05" OD .17" ID
1.06" OD .24" ID
1.05" OD .32" ID

They are in the masonry section, pretty thick and heavy compared to FPs and Valve Retainers. I wouldn't use them.
