Video: Shooting my 10.5" 300 AAC. Taken using my DSLR & Galaxy S3, the S3 is the smaller video and the sound is more accurrate. The video in color represents the audio source....
The last 58 Seconds are a direct comparison between the unsupressed subsonic shot and the suppressed subsonic shots...

This video is a 30rd mag dump out of my 11.5" 5.56. The third video/audio source is a contour camera at the 100yd line.

Could you share a link for a titanium tube on SDTA? I couldn't find one, only stainless, aluminum and PVC.

What material are the end caps? Those freeze plugs are going to take a beating with your config, wonder how long they will last?

Nice Can. How many baffles total? 7,8?

There are 10 total....
The inside looks similar to this, but the blast baffle is 1.7"

Everything in the video is subsonic, unless I say they are supers. So after the first shot I fire a few supers for testing, and I fire 3 supers standing up.... Remember everything is repeated comparing the audio sources.

New Video... Camera placed @ 100 yards on the 200 yard range....
Keep in mind.... because I placed the camera against the open hollow steel tubes that hold the target stands up... every time I supersonic round goes overhead the pipe makes a noise (like you smacked it).. So that it added noise that you really wouldn't hear)

I am considering doing something similar to this using SDTA tube and end caps. I am wondering did you get the solvent trap first (as it it not considered a silencer yet) and then drill the encap and freeze plugs after you got the F1 back. Or did you buy all the parts and drill the end cap and freeze pluggs after you have received the f1

I ordered the tube and endcaps about 1 week before I knew my form 1 was coming back. Then I picked up the freeze plugs after my Form 1 came through.
So I had the solvent trap for about 2 days before the F1 came through.

Where is the internal layout diagram? There's no image.
Could you provide more details/pics of what you used to press the baffles?

I would like to see the 45 and 60 degree tool you used to get the cone part even with the lip of the freeze plug. every one I have done, either with ball bearings, or a 60 degree brass piece the cone doesn't get as deep as what yours is.

Have you considered notching the cone mouths to create a cross-boreline jet? It sould add turbulence. Maybe just try notching the last 4. Then if you like it, notch another 4 while leaving the 1st 2 baffles symetrical. This should maintain bullet accuracy, but quiet your shots more. Especially the Subs.
