I originally planned to make this can from 100% Titanium but it turned out to be cost prohibitive.

On another note, I got time to clip the baffles today. I clipped the middle 8 baffles and left the blast baffle and end baffles symmetrical. I did this cause Ive heard that it promotes accuracy. I did this to my centerfire can aswell. No idea if it was beneficial on this can or not.



After I clipped the baffles I put it back together and said screw it, Im shooting in the back yard. I have a bunch of woods behind my house so the direction of fire is safe. I shoot suppressed 22 in the yard all the time. I was worried the 45 might be too loud for the neighbors though. I did video it for yall to see. This is on my 5" 1911 with 230gr hard cast over 5.0gr Bullseye @ ~800fps. Before this I tested with a single round a few times to see if it cycled and it locked back every time so I went for 5. Here is the video.
