Caged baffle prints?

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Caged baffle prints?

Post by superdav »

A co-worker of mine has free access to CNC and has gotten the Class III itch after shooting my can. He wants to Form 1 a caged baffle 22 and neither of us can find any prints. I suggested he modify some K baffle prints.
Anybody have any caged prints? The search and google turned up nothing for me

That's basically just a K baffle with a spacer.

In my opinion all of that added empty volume will hurt your suppression more than if you simply stacked K baffles in there. Look at what the MAJORITY of manufacturers use. Just because one company does something fucky doesn't mean it's the next best thing.
