Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

I have been looking for 3' of 1.625" OD x 0.065" Wall 316L Seamless Stainless Tube.
I have purchased from Online metals(had manufacturing defects) twice.
Speedy metals, (way out of spec).
aaastainless, out of round.
Other places will not sell less than 20' pieces.

try industrial metal supply. they will do custom cuts, and sell in various lengths. ive ordered a good portion of my materials from them at good prices.
