booster/lid the new liberty x can take 10mm 45 cal 9mm and others

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

I know when I was looking for a pre made booster all I could find was the old liberty or gemtec and they were 9mm only.

The new one from liberty the Liberty Mystic X Booster Assembly has a ton of options and it fits the SD tactical end cap.

I was recently looking into the options with the Gemtech LID. I just recently bought a Gemtech suppressor (MM9) on a fantastic Black Friday sale (Thank you Gemtech!) and it came with a FREE LID. It came with a 1/2"-28 piston. I bought a 5/8"-24 direct thread adapter and I'm going to turn an adapter that is 1/2"-28 inner thread with 5/8"-24 outer thread so that I can also run the direct thread adapter on my firearms with 1/2"-28 threads w/ fixed barrels. My HOPE was to be able to use the Gemtech LID as a decoupler for a form one .45 can. I was hopeful to find a 0.578" threaded piston for my 1911's & other .45's, but may not get away with using the Gemtech LID. I'll have to take a look at the Liberty one.
