Welding Ti Grade 5 and Grade 9

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Welding Ti Grade 5 and Grade 9

Anyone know a good source for TIG welding rod. Locally they want $88 a pound with a 5 lb. minimum. I realize the price is going to be in that range, but I don't need 5 lbs.

You can usually grab a few sticks cheap off flea Bay as filler rod or grade 5 round stock.
