Trust Help - Form 1 (New Monocore)

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Trust Help - Form 1 (New Monocore)

Post by MFreeland »

So.....
My first Form 1 was pretty standard, but this time I will be using a trust.
I'm sure someone has already posted a step-by-step guide to same, but i can't seem to find it.
Can I get some guidance here ?
I got the forms off the ATF site, so will not be e-filing
Thanks !!
I will post photos as the build progresses

DUH....................
Why not eFile ?
I have heard that the system does not work well, and is down often.
One question, though - - Do I have to include a copy of my trust forms with the Form 1 Application ?

Yes, you must include copy of Trust and schedule A. Don't include new form 1 on Sch a until after approval. Also if you want to put other already taxed itmes oin the Trust, you must transfer with another 200.00 stamp and engraving.
just so you know,
