I ran across this bit of information from http://www.SilcoTek.com.They have a product called SilcoKlean®1000.While not available yet you never know what other services company's in the business may offer in the future.A suppressor coated with this would be easy to clean.

The DOT 5 brake fluid / silicone oil looks like it does have a positive impact on ease of cleaning and I plan on giving it a try.
