form 1 at 9 weeks and check not cashed

basically the title says it all, it has been 9 weeks to the day and the check has still not been cashed. tried calling but they were closed already. if it got lost is there any thing i can do our will they do anything on there part? expedite the refile? guessing probably not on the later part but thought you guys here know best. sucks waiting this long already to find out i have to start all over. hope not forgot to add. this was paper form 1

I thought it was very common for the check to be cashed very shortly after they received the paperwork....9 weeks sounds like there may very well be a problem. Only way to know is call them.

...and yeah if it never got to them, you are just going to have to start over.

Took two months for the ATF to charge my credit card on one of my Form 4's.

In my experience, cashing checks is one of the few things the ATF does very quickly. I would suspect something got lost..

Just asking as if not your check gets converted to an electronic withdraw and it might have happened without you seeing it

Are you looking for your your check, or $200 removed from your acnt?

this is my first form 1 but not my first stamp. i filled another form 4 6 weeks after this one and that check was cased 5 days after i sent it, assuming at this point it is missing and filling another one. if i e-file this one do i actual get a physical stamp or just a photocopy sent to my email of it, might sound lame but i like to have the physical stamps for all my NFA collections.

You get an email notification that your application has been approved.
You can download and print a copy from the online portal.
There is no "stamp", just an approved form.

I sent my paperwork in around 2/25. I think the signature delivery confirmation said they got it in hand on 2/28.

Took them about 6 or 7 weeks to cash my check and get the serial number pending in the system.

In all of my other half dozen or so stamps, they cashed money almost immediately. Not hardly the case anymore it looks like.

Our checks are generally cashed in 5-6 business days.

Mine was approved on 6/3/16, I didnt send a check, I used a Credit Card, E-filed, so I guess check was cashed on 1/31 Just need a buffer tube now...I intentionally didnt have one on hand because of the legal issue. I'm gonna order one tonight and hopefully I can get things done before this weekend so I can shoot it. I hate not having a real stamp but the printout is ok...
