Rethinking construction

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

What do you think would be quieter and more durable. Ti solvent cups given interesting construction or formed SS freeze plugs and why?

Look like the cups will be 60 degree and Ti and primarily dedicated for a 300 blackout AR. Possible occasional use on a 223 and 22. I'm trying to decide of the added expense is worth the benefit.
