Wait times

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

Probably been asked before, so please don't flame me. Are the wait times about the same for form 1 and form 4 submissions?

I submitted a form 1 June 6th and im still waiting on approval :(

I filed two on 3/29 and received approval 9/11 and 9/21. Wait times have drastically increased.

April 14th to Oct 8th for my 60mm DD form 1. Not terrible considering 41F

Sorry forgot to update.. was 6 months and 10 days it was an e-form submit... I got e-mail confirmation with the form inside.. Im still waiting on the actual form but its apprived and I have it printed so I have started the work on the build... :)

There is no actual form. What you printed is what you get.
