M&P 9c, feed issue's

Yes, it can be legal to make a silencer. For everything Form-1, from silencer designs that are easily made, to filing forms with the BATF, to 3D modeling. Remember, you must have an approved BATF Form-1 to make a silencer. All NFA laws apply.

M&P 9c, feed issue's

I'm getting a lot of feed issues with my M&P 9c,
Liberty booster, monocore design ( similar to a Mystic X )
115 gr fmj remington ammo

- stove pipe jams,
- does not lock slide on last round

any idea's ?

Liberty has not replied to my email !

Two things come to mind. Either your limp wristing or your supressor is to heavy.

I've had other people shoot it with same results. It is 7.9 oz. well within the
range of a pistol suppressor. It sounds great, just not reliable cycle.
works good on a ar9 platform with same ammo.

Blowback vs short recoil is a poor comparison. First I would say lube the booster then if that doesn't work I would say try a lighter booster spring? McMaster or MSCDirect should be able to help you out for very reasonable prices. 7.9oz is quite light for it to not function though.

Ultra-compacts can be a challenge. The increase in mass has a much greater impact due to the short barrel and low mass, in addition the barrel tilt is more severe, and this movement is not compensated like the rearwards motion.
