WOW, I thought my situation was bad, that's just flat out stealing, My guy decided to go to nursing school and pretty much close his shop, so at a critical time when the NFA needed to contact him they got no response, when I called to check on my status I was told that my application was refused because of no response from the transferor and that I had to fill out a new form 4 and start over, I learned a hard lesson that day, only deal with reputable sources. I found out later that he quit nursing school , WTF......

I made a post earlier but not sure where it went.
I will make this one short.
I wanted to use juliet delta customs for a form 1 build.
He tried to rip me off as well, even telling me all his problems so I would give him more time.
I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute and won. Yes I got all my money back after 3 months.
Don't do business with this guy.
Call your credit card companies if you paid with one. asap. They can help you.
