Using a Ultrasonic cleaners for baffles.

Currently using a ultrasonic clear on most of my gun parts. its quick and easy making life great. There is one problem tho, Working on the baffles for my octane 45 an it not doing the job. the sides of the baffle are clean as silk. The inside and top are the only hold outs on it. Was wondering what mix does anyone have for getting the heavy carbon deposits on the baffles off? I do not have one of the high end cleaners, just a simple 75 buck one.

A little carbon build up will not hurt the performance of the Octane at all but I believe all the baffles are stainless and you'll have better luck with a stainless pin tumbler.

Other than that a cheap set of stainless picks.

I've had no luck with ultrasonic for cleaning baffles I either run them thru my pin tumbler or bead blast them
